Occupational Rehabilitation Officer & QA Advisor
This important role will help reduce workplace injuries, assist in rehabilitation, and the wellbeing of our people with a focused pro-active approach by implementing and maintaining health initiatives.
Tasks include:
Permanent role fulltime role
Tasks include:
- Pre-employment and induction
- Assessment & training for safe work practices.
- Updating Accident registers
- Preparing & implementing plans for preventative programmes for food safety and hazardous activities.
- Identifying hazards & controlling risks.
- Managing alternative work tasks.
- Lead weekly injury meetings with Management team.
- Provide training to production staff around quality procedures.
- Support current and encourage new health initiatives.
- Contribute updates on Health & Safety & Wellbeing to quarterly plant report
