About the role
With the end of 2024 fast approaching, we are now looking for our next round of cadets to join our exciting cadetship programme for 2025.
Are you looking for a role with a lot of variety? Do you have an
affinity with rural New Zealand and looking to establish a career in the highly innovative meat sector? If so, we may have the

The Meat industry is New Zealand's second largest exporter, so this entry level role will provide you with the foundation to kick-start your career in your chosen field.

About you
Having a degree in Agri-business Food Technology Business or Commerce would be advantageous but not essential. Equally important is having leadership skills, an ability to learn quickly, and some work experience behind you where you appreciate the results of hard work and commitment.
With our diverse culture, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with good time management. You will demonstrate an aptitude to lead from the front and adapt to constantly changing conditions.
