Manage all daily operations of the motel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
Oversee the hiring, training, and management of motel staff to ensure high-quality service
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Manage the motel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain the motel's cleanliness, security, and overall brand standards
Actively promote the motel and its services to potential guests and the local community
Collaborate with the head office to identify and implement strategies for improving the motel's performance
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar motel management role or Qualification related to Business and Management.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and current trends
Willingness to reside on-site at the motel
