Manager

At Kiwi Grill, we provide outstanding customer experiences by focusing on quality food and creating a great work environment. We offer our customers high-quality meals, catering to both dine-in and takeaway customers.

We are currently looking for a Manager for our Hamilton location with relevant qualifications or experience to provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 35 working hours per week. The pay rate will range from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and/or qualifications.

About the Role
The Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining food safety standards with special attention paid to Te Awa’s requirements.

You should have:
 suitable work experience of at least 6 – 12 months in a professional environment OR
 A suitable relevant qualification.
As a suitable applicant, you will be responsible for:
 Stock management and liaising with suppliers.
 staff management, including selecting, training, and supervising staff.
 Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Maintaining financial records, including budgeting and cash handling.
 Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations set by the Te Awa.
