As a Navigator in our Managed Support team, you will provide outstanding service to all stakeholders involved, to ensure that our clients with high and complex needs receive the best possible support. Your organisation skills and person-centered approach will mean that support plans are actioned in a timely manner, allowing our clients to have seamless access to a wide range of services and providers.

About the role …
Allocate workflow, assessing any potential risks or considerations, in accordance with NASC guidelines.
Facilitate support needs assessments; plan and coordinate support for clients with urgent needs.
Respond with urgency to queries and risks ensuring effective solutions or escalations as required.
Complete reviews for clients when needed, as well as peer reviews and recommendations for the team.
Work collaboratively to foster effective communication within the team, along with clear and accurate flow of documentation and information.
About you …
You will need proven experience in coordinating natural and formal supports and services for people with a range of physical, intellectual and sensory needs
A passionate team player who is committed to Taikura values
Exceptional communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail with a creative approach to problem solving
Able to maintain efficiency and a positive outlook amid fluctuating priorities.
Working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and able to coach others in its practical, day to day application
