Are you passionate about education, technology, and helping others succeed? We are looking for an LMS Content Administrator to join our growing e Learning team. This role involves delivering technical support to kaimahi and ākonga, collaborating with instructional designers to keep our courses tidy and user friendly, and helping to ensure course content is up to date. This role is based on site at our Invercargill campus. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to tutors and students, resolving LMS-related issues promptly.
Manage and maintain course content within the LMS, ensuring accuracy and ease of use.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
Offer guidance and training to users to help them maximise the benefits of the LMS.

Problem solver: You’re able to think quickly to identify and resolve common LMS problems.
Approachable and friendly: You create an environment where users feel comfortable seeking help.
Keen to help others: You are motivated by making the learning experience as smooth as possible for both students and tutors.
Confident with technology: Experience with LMS platforms and an understanding of technical support procedures is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
What You’ll Need:
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and in a way that is understood by all.
A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a wide range of people.
Experience in LMS administration is preferred but not essential.
