Having LCQ Manager’s Certificate is a bonus if you have.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders.
•Serving food and beverages to guests.
•Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-organised, including resetting tables for new guests
•Collaborate with kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
•Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
•Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food.
•Helping Chefs in the kitchen when required. Preferred Skills & Experience:
•Experience in a similar hospitality role.
•Experience working in the bar would be a bonus!
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
•Flexible in availability.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
