IT Technician
We are looking for an IT Support Technician for our business in Auckland
A successful applicant must have IT qualifications including sound knowledge of computer software, hardware, internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great diagnosis abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Duties:
-Diagnosis the technical faults or issues and troubleshoot them accordingly
-Responding to phone calls and emails of the customers for technical support such as installing or configuring the system, software faults and resolving technical application problems by providing them assistance
-Repairing, replacing parts and debugging of various mobile phones, smartphones, laptops, tablets and other peripheral devices such as printers, speakers, cameras and more
-Operating software’s and systems for all the confidential information related to customers and the company
-Managing database and providing updated reports of operations to management
Additional Skills Required:-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
-Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
-Excellent time-management skills
-Should be able to work on weekends
To be eligible for this role you should have New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa, possess a full, clean NZ driver's licence and have a clean criminal record.

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
