Our Service Desk Specialists support our team members with any assistance they might need when it comes to technology. Mō te Tūranga | About the role You'll be joining our IT Service Desk, resolving technical issues for ASB staff through phone and digital channels. Part of a friendly team delivering customer-focused support, you'll be enabling the success of an exciting technology transformation program and troubleshooting IT systems and processes in real-time. Ō pūkenga | About you You're hungry to learn, grow and advance your IT experience. You enjoy exercising your problem-solving skills, have a continuous improvement mindset and can explain complex technical information in a way that's easy to understand. You communicate clearly and enjoy building connections with your teammates and the people you support. You have a great work ethic, manage your time efficiently and follow up on your commitments. Ideally, you have some of the following skills and experience:
Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
Desktop and Modern Managed Device troubleshooting.
Experience working with mobile devices - both Apple and Android.
Experience with Microsoft Authenticator and In Tune would be highly advantageous.
You will also have great communication skills, a customer focused mindset and be a natural trouble shooter.
