What You’ll Do:
As our IT Application Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the entire application lifecycle. From collaborating with vendors and key business stakeholders to defining technology goals, you’ll design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge solutions that support our strategic growth. This is a highly involved position where you'll actively engage in the foundational tasks, rolling up your sleeves and working directly with third party vendors and our organization.

Key Responsibilities: Vendor Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships between development and operational teams, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
Hands-On Leadership: Be directly involved in the design and implementation of technology solutions.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in New Zealand and Australia, including vendors, implementers, and internal teams.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Maintain a forward-thinking mindset, always looking for opportunities to innovate and enhance.
Business Alignment: Develop and track KPIs to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives.
Solution Ownership: Lead the end-to-end process of designing and developing solutions that propel the business forward.
ERP: The management and ownership of the ERP system.
Field service systems: Job scheduling, dispatch, job management and billing.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in IT or proven practical experience.
Experience in project and vendor management.
Experience in Tier 2 ERP system management.
