Industrial Coatings Workers Wanted

Immediate start.
We are looking for 7 full-time permanent (working at least 30 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Saturday) Industrial Coatings Workers to grow with our team.
Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Auckland based painting company and become a part of a great team. The location of work is within Auckland Region.
The duties include:

Follow all Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems and procedures

To oversee and train junior workers as required

To undertake water/abrasive blasting of various substrates, e.g., steel beams, concrete walls, and buildings

Working at heights and around access machinery and equipment

To prepare surfaces using hand and power tools to client specification

To carry out occasional construction labour works

To use airless spray equipment to apply specific protective paints to client specification

To use quality control equipment and record QA

To mix and apply various types of paints according to client specifications

To undertake training as required

To be successful you will need:

Have at least 6 months’ work experience in the same industry/field, or
Have a relevant NZ Register Level 4 trade certificate, or equivalent
Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
Be physically fit and willingness to work hard

Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically

A "can-do" attitude
