ICT Test Lead

The Role:
In this vital role, you will drive the quality assurance process by planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure our software meets the highest standards. As a Test Lead, you will champion testing practices, develop and execute test plans, identify automation opportunities, and recommend process improvements. Additionally, you will maximise customer satisfaction by efficiently managing and escalating issues and risks. This is a hybrid role however you'll need to be available onsite full time during test phases.

Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that our software products are reliable, functional, and meet user expectations. By upholding high testing standards and practices, you will play a key role in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
About you:
You have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent with at least 6-7 years of experience in the testing domain. You are resourceful, self-directing, and delivery-focused, with excellent time management skills. You possess extensive knowledge of test approaches, practices, and documentation, and have experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Proficiency in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, as well as SQL experience, is essential. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage bugs effectively make you an adaptable problem solver. Experience in test automation and ISTQB certification are advantageous.
