About the Role:
This role is responsible for the successful pricing and delivery of commercial and industrial projects across our nationwide client base. It may be well-suited for a minor works HVAC Estimator seeking career progression.

The key duties include defining project scopes and delivering HVAC solutions, accurately pricing project work, meticulously planning projects and effectively handing them over to Project Managers for execution. Furthermore, the role ensures that project revenue and margin targets are met, fostering financial growth. Active participation in client meetings and the provision of value engineering support are also integral aspects of this position.

The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Auckland office in Penrose. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.

About you:

• HVAC or Refrigeration Trade qualified.
  
• Proven HVAC / Refrigeration Engineering solution development and delivery.
  
• Proven HVAC / Refrigeration Estimating experience.
  
• Working knowledge of HVAC Industry Best Practices and standards.
  
• Ability to produce design solutions for existing and new customers.
  
• Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.
  
• Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
