Our Wellington office is looking for a savvy operational, intermediate HR Advisor who wants exposure to every facet of the HR process and is organised, supportive and a true team player.
Although we are recruiting for our Wellington CBD office, we have offices nationwide and are open to accepting candidates at other main cities in New Zealand.

Main responsibilities:
- Partnering with a portfolio on operational HR needs
- Contribute or take the lead on HR related projects as part of the strategic plan.
- Add value to improving our systems and procedures.
- Manage queries and requests through a shared inbox and our HR system (ELMO), and action appropriate response in accordance with existing policies and procedures, employment-related legislation and employment agreements.
- Annual budget set aside for professional development/study
- Great team culture with regular social events, weekly treats, and award schemes
- If located at the same site as our flagship gym, you will have access to all facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna!)
- Well-being initiatives: annual eye exam, flu vaccination, access to EAP services
- 2-4 years’ experience in an HR generalist role
- Relatable and great at building genuine relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proactive, enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude
- Ability to anticipate potential problems/issues and proactively develop solutions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work conscientiously under pressure and meet tight deadlines when needed
- Ideally this role will be based in Wellington CBD however for the right candidate we are flexible on location within other main cities in New Zealand.
