A bit about the team Across our three beautiful luxury hotels, The Grand Hotel, Sky City Hotel and Horizon by Sky City, we employ over 160 people who're dedicated to our guests, from Housekeeping and Porters to Reservations and Receptionists. Sky City Hotels Group is committed to delivering the best standards of service and product knowledge. A bit about the role As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a big part in making sure that our hotel guests have the best time during their stay with us. You're one of their first and last point of contacts when they check in and check out. Your responsibilities include providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments and acting as a source of information on various things. A bit about you You'll be someone who is approachable and have great customer service skills - this will shine when you're greeting our guests when they check in, helping them out during their stay and wishing them goodbye when they check out. You're likely to be sales minded where you'll up-sell/cross-sell additional Sky City offerings. This role also involves some administration work so you'll know your way around a computer.
