The Opportunity: The GM Commercial COE is a newly created role that is pivotal to promoting growth and profitability within our Global Security Business Unit. You will have the opportunity to build, lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, operating in a high performing environment. Your strategic guidance will be essential in fostering high-quality decision-making and aligning our initiatives with Gallagher Security’s vision and goals. You will:
Lead People & Strategy: Provide commercial leadership and support strategic decision-making
Inspire Excellence: Encourage diversity of thought and constructive challenge across the organization, identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, develop financial and commercial competency, and drive better business outcomes.
Leverage Data: Utilize data insights to generate actionable insights that inform high-quality decision-making and performance improvement.
Ensure Governance: Establish a robust governance framework to enhance the quality, consistency, and strategic alignment of business cases.
The Fit: This role is positioned for someone to make an immediate and significant impact. You will utilise the expertise and knowledge gained through a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline, alongside multiple years of experience in commercial management roles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data will be complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully manage a range of stakeholders across our global team.
