Health New Zealand |Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay has an immediate need for a specialist who is committed to develop their career and work in a very collegial work environment.

The busy service provides over 3,000 endoscopy procedures per year and approximately 2,000 outpatient appointments. The Regional hospital in Hastings also has links to Health NZ Hawke’s Bay rural services in Wairoa and Waipukurau.

Ruakopito is our newly built start of the art facility, on the campus in Hastings that means all our patient-based gastroenterology services are housed in one place providing 2 procedure rooms, patient recovery, resource and administration areas, clinic spaces and meeting rooms.

The successful applicant should have FRACP and be registered (or is eligible for registration) as a specialist with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

We have no doubt that you will love everything Hawke’s Bay has to offer.
