Modify existing products and processes and develop new prototypes.
Assist in identifying new ingredients, technologies, and processes for food product development.
Develop prototypes and analyze the nutritional content, sensory attributes (Taste, texture, aroma and, appearance) and, shelf-life of food products.
Organise and evaluate product tastings.
Build relationships with key suppliers.
Review market trends and communicate to the mangement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher qualified (Food Technology, Food Science, or similar)
Understanding of ingredient functionality.
Self-motivated.
Project management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strategic thinker and problem solver.
Previous relevant experience will be an advantage
