About the Role:
This role will be based at one of our central locations and involves executing customer support strategies to enhance parts operations and profitability, overseeing branch operations, and developing performance improvement plans. You will assist in succession planning for store roles, conduct monthly financial reviews, and ensure compliance with audit criteria while promoting 5S and Lean principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee customer support business strategies for parts operations.
- Guide stores in succession planning and key role development.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews to identify performance areas.
- Analyse market potential for the east parts departments
- Ensure compliance with dealer audit criteria and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with CSA managers for consistent store support and implement Lean principles.
