Farm Manager
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelors degree or a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
You are expected to manage the operations of the produce from the company to wholesaler. The ideal candidate will be
planning and coordinating the operation of glass houses and the productionof Tomatoes, cucumber and Eggplant
monitoring and maintaining the health of produce
identifying and controlling environmental toxins, weeds, pests and diseases
organising and conducting growing operations such as maintaining the glass house , water supply systems and equipment;
managing business capital, monitoring market activity and planning production to meet wholesalers contract requirements and market demand.
You will be managing the nursery workers and the staff associated with the production process.
The minimum wage is $29.66 and the maximum is $29.75. You will be gaurenteed 30 hours of full time work
