We are seeking two passionate Facilitators to support and enhance the continuous growth and development of kaiako/lecturers in their pedagogical settings. This role involves conducting needs assessments, facilitating good AKO practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
To undertake this role, candidates will have:
- A relevant adult teaching qualification at a post graduate level.
- Teaching experience in the wānanga and/or tertiary education sectors.
- Previous experience facilitating the implementation of educational practice with a tauira-centric engagement model at the core
- Experience working with diverse tauira profile settings.
- Knowledge of course development and the quality management of programme delivery from Level 1 to Doctorate level.
- A full clean driver’s licence.
Knowledge of Tikanga Māori and its application in educational settings will be required and Te Reo Māori fluency is preferred.
