Executive Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Auckland-based Support Office in the role of Executive Assistant. In the role you will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with diary management, organising meeting and liaising with key stakeholders alongside while also overseeing the management of our small-but-lively office. The role runs the full gambit of answering phones and greeting guests, through to assisting on project work where you’ll be handling sensitive information with discretion.
The right person will have experience in a similar administrative role with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commercial mindset. Strong time management and project management skills, alongside excellent communication skills are a must, alongside a good sense of humour.
