Day to day you’ll:

• Use analytics techniques to reveal insights that unlock the potential of our people
• Collaborate with senior leaders to proactively identify problems where data can help deliver meaningful solutions
• Use best-in-class data visualisation and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to a non-technical audience
• Serve as the data insights lead for strategic projects, such as product pricing reviews, marketing optimisation and new launches.

Skills and experience needed to be successful:

• 3+ years experience in a similar senior insights position, ideally in a Saa S environment
• Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders, fostering data literacy and encouraging self-service where appropriate
• Expertise managing and integrating diverse qualitative and quantitative data sources to generate decisions and drive business outcomes
• Ability to create compelling data visualisations and communicate insights effectively
• Experience with tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Google Analytics, and Power Bi
• Knowledge of Python/R and SQL.
