The Opportunity | Te kōwhiringa
Joining “Team Waipa” in our Transport and Infrastructure business, you will be supporting the Waipa DC Road Maintenance contract as a Cyclic Foreperson in Leamington, Cambridge.
As a Cyclic Foreperson for one of the largest infrastructure business’ in New Zealand, you will lead and manage the maintenance crew as well as supporting operations on a range of projects to transform the roading network. You will also:

Help with safe site setup for your crew and the general public
Provide training and development for staff
Ensure efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
Work as part of a cohesive team to deliver projects

If you are physically fit and enjoy spending your days outdoors and, on your feet, this could be the position for you.

Important Skills | Nga pūkenga matua
Along with a positive attitude and a commitment to safe workplace practices, we are looking for you to have:

Full New Zealand Drivers Licence required, Class 2 beneficial
Experience leading and supervising crews
A can-do attitude with a good work ethic
Demonstrated that you are reliable and dependable
