About The Role
NHR Group is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join the team, working across our branches located in Hamilton. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, greeting clients as they come onsite and walking them through our rental services.
A front-of-house role, you will man the service counter, prepare rental agreements, manage payments, move vehicles around the yard, and coordinate vehicle services with the mechanical team.
To meet customer demands, we operate a rotating roster, working 4-days on and 2-days off and this role will commence as soon as possible. Time and a half is provided for all staff working on weekends.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer service role.
- A Full Class 1 NZ Drivers License (Class 2 also desired).
- Outstanding communication and customer service skillset.
- Strong team player, with a flexible and approachable nature.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools.
