Based at our Mc Artney Street location, our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. This is for a fixed term until February 2025.

What we need from you:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, from midday until 5pm for the fixed term
- Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
