Have customer or administration experience
Have an Intermediate level of computer skills
Have experience processing payments including eftpos and cash
Can communicate effectively in a contact centre environment

About the Role Join this team to maximise the customer experience by providing accurate information, advice and service to all external and internal customer enquiries through either the contact centre or front counter on matters relating to applications and services provided by Council. This opportunity within our Customer Support and Services Team you will be:
Providing exceptional customer service directly to our community
Working in our phone contact centre, on the cashier pod and front counter
Assisting customers with payments and enquiries
Providing information on Consent and Licensing enquiries
