Job Description

Our Wellington fitness centre (Willis St) seeks an experienced part-time Customer Service Administrator to be the face of Habit Health and manage the administration of our busy physio clinic and fitness centers. The role will be based at our state-of-the-art gym and you will remotely engage with other branches. A great role if you are keen to start working in the Health & Fitness field. We can initially offer a permanent Sunday shift between 8 am to 2 pm with the opportunity to work additional hours and gain more permanent shifts as they become available.

Main responsibilities:

- Promote Habit Health products and services including touring new clients and selling memberships
- Liaise with ACC to register claims and manage payments

- Previous experience in a customer facing / admin role, preferably in healthcare or fitness
- Sound skills using Microsoft Office
