What you will be doing You'll contribute to the success of Tower sales and facilitate superior business growth by ensuring the efficient and effective achievement of profitable sales and service targets in relation to all Tower insurance products. You'll proactively engage with customers and identify retention opportunities - and through the art of great conversation and supreme product knowledge work actively to support a long-term customer relationship. Understand our customers and look after the things they cherish by providing them with the right solutions at the right time; know our products
Do a great job; convert calls to great customer outcomes - achieve individual and team targets
Ensure all customer interactions and information enquiries/ detail/ information/ claims are recorded accurately and all appropriate steps taken to assist our customers and keep the customer updated.
What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in sales and service delivery roles (particularly over the telephone and face to face)
Proven sales record
Product and sales process knowledge
Excellent interpersonal techniques (particularly over the telephone and face to face)
Desired skill - An understanding of the New Zealand insurance industry
