Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We sat down with our Senior Customer Communications Manager (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role). What are some day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Taking a brief from the business, and asking numerous questions to understand the task thoroughly
Showcasing your project management pūkenga (skills)
Briefing the Marketing copywriter and working closely to ensure the communications meet the brief, are jargon free and are simple and concise
Collaborating with and influencing stakeholders from every corner of BNZ
Moving communications through design/planning, approvals, and delivery
Problem solving and thinking outside the box to ensure smooth delivery of communications
Liaising with external suppliers
Managing feedback from stakeholders
