Job Overview:
As the Country Manager for New Zealand, you will lead and oversee all operations, growth initiatives, and strategic development of Vitality Works in the region. This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader with a passion for health and wellbeing, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring the successful delivery of wellness solutions to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the country strategy to achieve business objectives, in line with the overall mission and vision of Vitality Works.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and lead business development initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Vitality Works in New Zealand, ensuring efficient delivery of services and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong partnerships with corporate clients to deliver customized health and wellbeing solutions that drive engagement and business success.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the country’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote the Vitality Works brand and maintain strategic alliances with industry partners.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership or management role in allied health, wellness, corporate wellbeing, or a related sector (essential).
  • Business Acumen: Strong business development and financial management skills, with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Passion for Health & Wellbeing: A genuine passion for improving the health and wellbeing of others.
