Proven experience as a cook specializing in Continental, Indian, and Tandoor cuisine. Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Expertise in Tandoor cooking techniques and handling a Tandoor oven. Ability to follow recipes, and maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
Good understanding of portion control, waste management, and kitchen operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work in shifts (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) including weekends and holidays.
