Job Description
Come join our amazing Gas Maintenance team in Albany, Auckland, where your principal accountabilities will include:
- Managing reactive, planned and corrective maintenance contracts by achieving the financial targets, identifying any problems with executing the contract, and taking corrective action as required.
- Maintaining client contact by planned, regular visits.
- Ensuring that all required company and contractual reporting achieves the KPI guidelines.
- Ensuring all variations are captured, submitted, and authorised by the client.
- Ensuring that both Omexom and the client comply with the contract agreement.
- Ensuring that the monthly payment schedules are presented correctly on due dates.
- Promoting and building a positive working environment.
- Managing and planning of assigned staff to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hands-on experience in reactive and preventive maintenance management.
- A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
- Knowledge of industry contracting procedures and contract law.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with customers - at all levels.
- Estimating/tendering skills, with hands-on ability.
