Commercial Cleaner
Job Role and Responsibilities:
To be successful for this role you MUST:
All employees will be subject to a pre-employment drug test and
police check. Availability on weekends and public holidays is necessary.
Applicants for this position should have NZ citizenship or residency.
- General commercial cleaning duties but not limited to Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning ceiling vents, and cleaning.
- Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Document routine inspections and maintenance activities.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery.
To be successful for this role you MUST:
- Provide work-related references preferably two.
- Reliable transport to get to and from work.
- Good attention to detail
- Physically Fit
- Reliability
- Strong can-do attitude
