Checkout Manager

Come support us in delivering excellence to our customers everyday

The Role:

Serve customers and be a key point of contact for customer queries.
Provide support to the checkout team by organising breaks and managing customer flow.
Process restricted purchases.
Support the Lotto counter.
Staff rostering to budget and within the needs of the business
Team communication
Lead and manage the team

What are we looking for:

Someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
Some flexibility required for covering shifts for annual leave and sickness
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Days & Hours:
Monday: 10.30-7.00pm
Tuesday: 8.00-5.00pm
Wednesday: 8.00-5.00pm
Thursday: 12.30-9.00pm
Sunday: 10.30-7.00pm
