Charge Baker - Full-Time, Fraser Cove

We’re looking for a Charge Baker to join our Woolworths Fraser Cove team

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Ensuring the best level of customer service for our bakery customers
Overseeing the production and quality of our products
Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the Bakery Manager
Championing Health and Safety and Food Safety

Join the best smelling department in the store and have a passion for everything that is bread! In our next Charge Baker we are looking for

Previous people leadership experience in a Bakery environment
A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Previous baking experience and a huge passion for creativity
The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames

The shifts times and days for this opportunity are:

Monday 0300-1230, Thursday 0300-1230, Friday 0300-1230 and Saturday 0300-1230
