The Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) team is embarking on an exciting transformation to modernise our infrastructure and technology platform, bringing life-changing digital technology to the people we manage and our staff. We are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our Corporate Systems team. This team is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of HR, procurement, financial and other key systems and digital assets used by our staff.
As a Change Manager with us, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team through transformative initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with change networks and key stakeholders to ensure readiness and smooth implementation, while developing high-quality change plans, documents, and presentations to communicate initiatives effectively. You'll oversee and coordinate change activities throughout the implementation phase, provide specialist advice and guidance on change management matters, and assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programmes to support the adoption of changes.

To be successful you will have an extensive experience in managing large, complex IT change projects. In addition, you will bring:
A solid understanding of change management processes and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in negotiation and the ability to build relationships across various disciplines.
The capability to analyse complex issues systematically and provide practical, actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working within government, with a deep understanding of public sector processes and protocols.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $137,525 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $116,897- $165,030 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
