The Todd Energy Aquatic Centre is looking for a casual receptionist to join the centre’s fantastic team.

Flexibility to work between 5.15am - 7.30pm is required.

Tino takohanga Key responsibilities

Promoting first point of contact resolution for customers with sales, enquiries, payments or complaints.
Receiving and responding to all general enquiries and complaints.
Cash handling duties.
Providing customer services to a vast array of internal and external stakeholders.
Actively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislation

Ngā tino pūkenga me ngā wheako Essential skills and experience

You’ll need to be friendly, helpful, professional, and customer-focused towards internal and external customers. Some previous customer service experience is ideal including handling money and till balancing but is not essential as training will be provided. Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must, as well as good time management skills and experience with MS Office. The ability to use your initiative in this fast-paced environment is essential.
