Our work team undertake the entire job from design, foundations, erection, plumbing and fit out of the entire shed giving a range of work and varied skills. Due to high demand for these services we require more experienced workers to join our team with a range of skills in the industrial building sector. These skills include but not limited too
Safe work practices on industrial building sites.
Accurate use of laser levels and measuring equipment.
Usage of handheld portable power tools and equipment.
Concrete foundation work, form work, part concrete, placing and finishing.
Bolting, standing and erection of structural steel members, along with bolting a range of steel shed fixtures and fittings.
Experience in:
Commercial Building work.
Small digger driving.
Bobcat driving.
Working from scissor lifts at height.
Ability to weld MIG and stick, steel and stainless steel.
Plumbing using PVC and Alkathene.
Concrete placing would add to versatility of the individual and enhance the overall skills of the work team.
The successful applicant will also possess
Good record keeping and time management.
Punctual, presentable and reliable.
Must be able to work independently at times.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Identifies potential risks and implements preventative measures to minimise project delays and safety hazards.
Full drivers license.
