We are looking for skilled professionals to be part of our team, who will be responsible for the following duties:
- Welcome clients and engage in consultations to understand their hairstyle preferences and needs.
- Perform accurate haircuts and trims based on clients’ instructions.
- Use various methods and hairstyling tools to create desired looks and styles.
- Provide detailed beard and moustache shaving, trimming, and shaping to complement facial features.
- Wash, condition, and apply specialised treatments to improve hair health.
- Ensure hygiene by thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all tools, including combs, scissors, and razors, after each use.
- Offer relaxing face, scalp, and neck massages as a grooming service.
- Advise clients on suitable hairstyles that match their preferences and appearance.
- Manage client payments when necessary, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction process.
- Other relevant tasks as requested by the management.
Other requirements for the role:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience or minimum relevant Level 4 qualifications
- Available to work on weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Team worker and Interpersonal skills
- Good coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Hardworking, calm and passionate
- Multi-tasker
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
