A bit about the role:
We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to be part of the ongoing success of Orbit. In this management position you will be an integral part of the team and be responsible for the supervision and training of new staff, motivating your team of skilled bartenders & ensuring a successful bar service in our popular, iconic restaurant.

You will be responsible for the effective operation & customer delivery of the bar operations
You will display leadership and motivate a team of passionate & highly skilled bartenders
You will support the restaurant manager & Assistant manager to maximise the value of the restaurant for both company & customer

Uniquely, this role is not officially customer facing as with no bar seating, all your orders will be directly from the Orbit team!

A bit about you:
You will have at least 5 years' experience working as a bartender and 1-2 years in a leadership role. You'll be flexible to work our busy rosters and support your team in providing excellent bar service. General Managers Licence and LCQ is essential.
