About the role:
Park Hyatt Auckland has a dedicated wellness concept, The Spa which includes a luxury day spa with 7 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy lounge, fitness center and 25 meter outdoor infinity pool. The Spa delivers exceptional wellness experiences to hotel guests, local clients and members.
Some of the responsibilities include:

Some of the responsibilities include:
- Hands on leadership position, a mixture of reception and administrative duties
- Create a warm inclusive team culture, motivated to achieve departmental KPIs
- Ensure immaculate presentation of facilities and exceptional guest experience
- Administrative duties include rostering, payroll and inventory control
- Training and development of team members
- Nurture relationships with guests, members and colleagues
- Positively contribute towards reputation of The Spa and Park Hyatt Auckland
- Ensure brand standards are adhered to
- Assist Spa Manager with tasks and projects as required

- Driven leader with 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable interest in the health and wellbeing industry
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to achieve KPIs
- High level of care and attention to detail
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Committed to consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Systems focused, with the ability to effectively manage resources
- Legal working rights in NZ
- Must to be able to work a rotating roster including weekends
