We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring that all payments are made accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
Ensuring accurate coding and data entry of accounts payable transactions
Ensuring all invoices are approved per company policy
Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
Review and follow up PO report on aged open PO's
Supporting month-end close activities and reporting requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
