The Opportunity: Apply your large organisation / high-volume Accounts Receivable Officer, to support to our large organisation's Finance team. Report directly to our Credit Controller and work on a hybrid basis at our modern Mt Wellington office. This is a fixed term part-time (24 hours per week) position to cover maternity leave. Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of receipting customer payments and bank reconciliation.
Assist the credit controller by reviewing and processing customer credit applications on a timely basis and generating monthly customer statements.
Perform tasks to meet month-end deadlines for accounts receivable.
Respond to queries from customers, branches and suppliers in relation to Accounts Receivable.
About You: To hit the ground running, you will need to meet the following key requirements:
Have high volume Accounts Administration experience in a large organization.
Strong organising and time management skills.
Good English communication and polite customer service skills.
Fast & accurate data entry plus high attention to detail.
Good computer skills - Excel and experience using accounting software (advantageous if you have Tech One experience).
