At Egis, we present an Early Careers Program consisting of a Summer Internship and two-year Graduate Program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Interns to join our dynamic and high-performing teams in Wellington for 2024 Summer!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams on various engineering projects.
  • Assist in the design, analysis, and evaluation of civil systems.
  • Undertake site visits and data collection as required.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Learn from experts in the industry and enhance your engineering skills.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Strong academic performance in relevant coursework.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in New Zealand
  • Genuine interest in contributing to diverse and large-scale projects, including infrastructure development, transportation systems, urban planning, and sustainable building solutions
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
