Your role and impact
We’re looking for someone who can inspire and lead teams that design and deliver cutting-edge solutions that provide real value to millions of users. As a Solution Architect, you will guide cross-functional teams on architectural strategy, risk management, and compliance, helping them take full ownership of the products they build. You’ll also mentor and motivate others, sharing your expertise to elevate the quality and impact of the solutions being created.

Examples of your work
- Develop scalable, low-latency solutions to handle large datasets involving billions of transactions.
- Evaluate and validate architectural designs developed by teams.
- Advocate for best practices in solution design, promoting innovation and efficiency.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- At the forefront of applied innovation.
- Collaboration with diverse and dynamic teams across global markets.
- Provide architectural, compliance, and risk management guidance to teams.
- Mentor and coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.
- Foster collaboration with peers, experts, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Your talent and experience
- Friendly, approachable, and effective communicator.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or data-driven environments.
- Experience with Python and Databricks solutions.
- Expertise in deploying solutions to Azure (3+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of CI/CD environments, with a focus on automation and testing.
- Passion for clean, structured, and scalable solution designs.
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus but not required.
- Solution Architecture experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
