i OS Chapter Lead

In behalf of our client in the banking sector, we are looking for an i OS Chapter Lead with a solid background in i OS development and strong leadership capabilities. If you are passionate about mobile technology and eager to mentor and guide teams in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of i OS developers to drive high-quality development and innovation.
• Design, develop, and maintain i OS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure a Dev Ops mindset is integrated into the development lifecycle, promoting continuous integration and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest i OS technologies and advancements, including Swift UI and modern concurrency.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in i OS Development (Swift/Objective-C).
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working in Dev Ops environments and with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or Azure Dev Ops.
• Proficiency in architecture and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of Swift and familiarity with Apple technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with programming languages like Objective-C, Ruby, Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Scrum Values (openness, courage, commitment, respect, and focus).
• Knowledge of release management.
• Advanced with CI/CD tools.
