Services Education Manager - IGTS
Job Description
As the IGTS Services Education Manager, you will manage all aspects of learning services. Your main responsibility is the development and delivery of technical training and you do this with your team which is spread over 4 locations. Also you will be participating in the resolution of training concerns and in developing training success strategies. You will have a strong impact on Customer Experience, Quality, forecast accuracy, KPI’s, education services revenue and continuous improvements initiatives to improve training experience & productivity.
Your role:

You are leading a team of 19 employees spread over 4 training centre locations, Best, Cleveland and Singapore.

You are responsible for technical training development and training delivery. With your team you will define scope, teaming with various global functions within the BU’s, Central teams, and markets to ensure smooth delivery.

You will enable global Training compliance, Employee professional certification & Team engagements.

You will be responsible for the campus bays and equipment related to training delivery and development activities in Best, Cleveland and Singapore.

You lead continuous improvement activities to optimize training for our markets and customers.

You will manage escalations, when necessary, and ensure customer experience and other actions to resolve Service Education related issues.

You will provide learning service delivery oversight to ensure all standards & quality processes are followed (archiving, attendance, reporting, time writing, etc.),

You will support and participate in audits as required.
Please be informed that this position requires on-site attendance at the PHC, Best Netherlands site.
Your team
You will lead the Service Education team of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems Business Unit within Philips Healthcare, located in Best (NL), Cleveland (USA), Singapore and Pune (India).
You will report to Director SI/SE & Academy IGTS - S&SD.
The IGT Education organization consists of 19 people globally (Cleveland, Pune, Singapore and Best), organized around the systems that we develop (Fixed systems CV, Mobile systems, Interventional Hemo dynamics, Solutions and Ventures).
You're the right fit if:

You have bachelor’s degree in electronics, informatics, computer science, mechanical/electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar, technical school, education or equivalent experience.

You have service and technical experience with current Philips IGT product lines (preferred)/ medical devices.

You have technical training experience.

You have the ability to work as part of a global team. You have a high level of interpersonal skills to facilitate a positive and productive environment.
