People Partner for Finance, Real Estate and Internal Audit NL organization, incl. Wo Co Enabling Functions and Site Leadership Location support in Amsterdam. You will have an operational, tactical and strategical HR focus, working alongside Business Leaders, People Leaders and the People Business Partners and acting as the linking-pin towards Centers of Expertise and the HR Shared Service Center. In this environment focused on operational excellence, there is a strong need for excellent People Partner support.
Your role:
You will work closely with the Business, People Partners and People Business Partners to understand and address business issues and follow up on the People Strategy.
You will provide support to People Leaders and the People Business Partners, by implementing and executing the people strategy within the business, but also managing with People Leaders individual case mgt (Illness, Performance etc. etc.)
You will apply core HR processes such as Talent Management; Strategic Workforce Planning; People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; Health & Wellbeing.
You participate in HR-(improvement) projects on Cluster/country level.
You will act as a sparring partner for the People Business Partner, counsel people leaders and/ or employees and support local organizational capabilities development.
You will be part of People Partners team NL, reporting to a People Partner Teamlead NL.
You're the right fit if:
You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
You have over 5+ years of experience working in HR within an international organization.
You have extensive HR experience and knowledge, including proficiency in labor law. You have strong business acumen and interest in business practice.
You have great change management and project management experience.
Your excellent communication, stakeholder management and persuasion skills enable you to connect with all layers of the organization. You are an energetic and responsive team player who is keen to take the initiative and mentor junior members of the team.
You demonstrate the proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English, Dutch as a strong plus.
Experience with Employee Representation/Works Councils.
