The LAB BST Talent Partner will be responsible for Business Services Team (BST) headcount planning, operating model and talent management across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) system. You will report to the LAB People & Operations Senior Director and work very closely with the other People leaders of Talent Acquisition, Talent & Performance, Core HR, and People Analytics, as well as the Talent Business Partners to deliver the broader People agenda.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Business Services Team FTE headcount planning, operating model and talent management Working with Finance, manage total BST headcount in LAB system, including inputs into LAB Financial plan and approvals in place from the region or globe where required
Manage year end comp and bonus process
Ensure LAB BST Talent structure develops to meet future business needs, is effective and efficient and that appropriate consultation happens with staff and the business where required
Oversee BST Recruiting, including working with other businesses or search capabilities as needed, aligning with the global TA function to deliver best possible talent deployment.
Chair the BST Development Committees for LAB and ensure links in place to BST DCs in other parts of BCG to ensure calibration
Promote forward looking career development processes and practices for our staff, including line manager upskilling & appropriate succession or exit management in conjunction with the HR and L&D teams.
Ensure communication to and engagement with BST staff, working closely with global, regional and specialty business HR teams to support BST EVP initiatives
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within BST to drive employee engagement and retention
Line manages, coach, and develop a small team of BST talent professionals across LAB geos to execute the above responsibilities
In addition, you will work closely with the LAB People & Operations Senior Director to define the strategic agenda for BST Talent and execute against this vision, also working with the other system SD/Ex D cohort. You will identify opportunities to drive improvement in the model, both operational and strategic, and lead change initiatives to achieve these improvements.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Management experience across range of HR functions
Ideally 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience including management experience, ideally in an international professional services firm
HR qualifications and international work experience are a value-add
Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication)
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report into the LAB People & Operations Senior Director. You will have a visible senior leadership role within the People team
